ART PAWELCZYK, FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Art Pawelczyk brings more than 20 years of executive search experience focusing on assignments for CEO's and functional leadership roles in general management, manufacturing, sales and marketing, engineering and finance across multiple sectors and regions.

Prior to founding Kinzie Search Partners in 2006, Art was a Managing Director for another Chicago-based national search firm. He also served as the head of a Phoenix-based office, as well as a practice leader in a number of manufacturing sub-groups, conducting searches for general management and C-level positions for numerous manufacturers of consumer goods and industrial products.

Art has conducted searches for companies in the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Building Materials, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Products, Power Generation Products, Precision Engineered Products, Medical Products and Process Industries. He has also advised a number of leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
